About Chilltech
An engineering contractor, not just a vendor
We supply the equipment, install it properly and stay on the hook for servicing it afterwards.
Chilltech Solution Engineering and Contracting has been supplying and servicing air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in Kochi since 2009. We work with homeowners, apartment associations, offices, retail chains, hospitals and hotels, and we handle everything from a single bedroom split to a full multi-zone installation across multiple floors.
What separates a contractor who stays in business from one who does not is whether they will still answer the phone after the handover. Most of our work now comes from customers we installed for years ago, and from the referrals those customers give us.

Our engineer visits the site, measures properly and then recommends a capacity. If you want a starting point before we visit, use the aircon calculator — but a site survey is always more accurate than a calculator.
We supply and service Samsung, Blue Star, Godrej, Toshiba, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Daikin and Hitachi. We also service units of these brands that were installed by other contractors, so you do not have to change equipment just to get it maintained.
For customers on an annual maintenance contract we commit to a defined response window in writing. For general enquiries we aim to attend the same working day within the Kochi area, subject to technician availability and part availability.
