We called them at 6pm on a Friday with a server room at 34 degrees and staff arriving in the morning. They were on site by 8pm, had it running by 10, and sent a written report the next day. That is the reason we renewed the contract.

The cold room and the kitchen hood were built in one go, on the date they promised, and the kitchen is genuinely more comfortable than the previous setup. Two years on they still answer the phone.

The original contractor had overspecified the system badly. Chilltech recalculated the load, replaced it with something properly sized and the running cost dropped noticeably. What I appreciated was that they said so in writing before we committed.
