Chilltech Solution Engineering and Contracting — a Kochi air conditioning and refrigeration contractor built on repeat business.
We are an air conditioning and refrigeration contractor based in Kochi, supplying, installing, commissioning and servicing cooling systems across Ernakulam district.
The business started small, repairing and installing residential split units. Over the years the same customers kept asking for more — cassettes for a new office floor, a cold room for a restaurant kitchen, a VRF system for a clinic, annual maintenance instead of emergency calls. Each of those requests added a capability, and that is how we ended up handling the complete HVAC scope for commercial buildings rather than just the air conditioning part of it.
We still work the way we did at the start. A site survey before a quote. A written quotation before work. Our own technicians doing the installation. And a phone number that a real person answers when you call because something has gone wrong.
Today we look after cooling systems for apartment associations, office buildings, retail chains, hospitals, hotels and restaurants in Kochi and the surrounding towns, as well as a large number of homes.

2009
Founded in Kochi
Started as a small residential AC repair and installation outfit working across Ernakulam.
2014
Commercial division added
Moved into cassette, ducted and multi-zone work for offices, clinics and retail floors.
2018
Refrigeration capability
Added cold rooms, chillers and process cooling after customers started asking for one accountable vendor.
2021
VRF and annual contracts
Introduced full multi-zone design and structured AMC programmes with defined response times.

We visit, measure the space, note the electrical supply and access, and identify anything that will affect the installation.

Written recommendation and quotation
Equipment model and capacity, accessories, labour, timeline and price, itemised. You approve it before anything is ordered.

Installation and commissioning
Ducting and pipe routing planned so nothing is left visible or in the way. Vacuum, charge, run and test before handover.

Handover and service plan
You get the warranty documents, operating guidance and a maintenance plan suited to how the building is actually used.
