1. Scope
These terms cover all quotations, installations, servicing and maintenance contracts supplied by Chilltech Solution Engineering and Contracting. Placing an order confirms acceptance of the terms set out here.
2. Quotation and pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices include the equipment and standard installation accessories specified in the quotation. Civil work, electrical upgrades, structural changes and third-party charges are quoted separately unless expressly written into the quotation.
3. Site conditions
Final load calculation is confirmed after site survey. Where the customer has not disclosed a prior condition affecting the installation such as an undersized electrical supply, weak slab or restricted access, additional cost may apply.
4. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies on equipment supplied by Chilltech. Manufacturer warranty terms, conditions and exclusions apply and are provided with the equipment documentation. Workmanship carries a warranty of 90 days from commissioning unless the quotation states otherwise.
5. Annual maintenance
Maintenance contracts include scheduled visits and breakdown attendance within the agreed response window. Parts, refrigerant and consumables are chargeable unless the contract states they are included.
6. Payment
Payments are due as per the agreed milestone schedule. Overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Work is suspended on accounts outstanding beyond 60 days.
7. Cancellation
Either party may cancel an installation in writing. The customer is liable for equipment already procured and for work completed to the cancellation date.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chilltech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, loss of use or loss of business arising from equipment malfunction.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.

Information we collect
We collect only what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, location and the details you enter in an enquiry form or when you call us.
How we use it
Enquiry and contact details are used to respond to your request, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit and provide service under any maintenance contract. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required to operate it. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this notice must be updated before they are enabled.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to previous quotations and installations. Service records are retained for the life of the contract plus 7 years for warranty and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email chilltech4896@gmail.com and we will respond.
Security
Enquiry details are stored on access-controlled systems and shared only with the staff who need them to answer your request.
